Product Name:

Anti-BRDT antibody

Catalog Number:

ab5157

Our research addresses reproduction and infertility. This antibody was used to detect BRDT in mouse testis. Paraffin sections were used. As per the data sheet, this antibody was proposed to work in mouse samples, but has not been tried previously. HIER procedure was followed for antigen retrieval using 0.1m citrate buffer at pH 6. 1.500 dilution worked effectively with no background. Immunofluorescence procedure using FITC conjugated donkey anti rabbit secondary was used for labeling. It worked beautifully.

I have not encountered anything bad about this product

The Bottom Line

I took the risk of trying the antibody in mouse sections for IF and I am glad I did 'cos I got good staining.
