Our lab is studying a multi-protein complex named exocyst. Sec8 is one of the eight subunits of the exocyst complex. We use this antibody for western blot, IF and IP to detect Sec8 expression level, localization and interaction with other proteins.
Sec8 antibody is used to detect endogenous Sec8 proteins in cell lysates or coimmunoprecipitated by known binding partners.
