Tubulin is used as a loading control at 50KDa for antibodies that are lower than 40KDa. Most other loading markers fall under 40Kda which can interfere with main results. This antibody also works very well at low concentrations on a membrane stripped several times. I would recommend Anti- Tubulin over Actin -HRP, due to its specificity and lack of cross-reactivity.
