These antibodies from BioLegend work extremely well. I used these to phenotype in vitro expanded primary T cells. These antibodies give me consistent results every time. Although the CoA says use 5 ul per 50 ul reaction, I use 2.5ul per 5 ul reaction and it still works well. Because these are so cheap and work so well, I would highly recommend any budding immunologist to use them.

Results Summary

I used these antibodies to phenotype in vitro expanded T cells. At day 7 post activation/expansion, >95% cells were CD3+ T cells, with a CD4:CD8 ratio of roughly 60:40.
