I used this antibody as loading control. It gave a very specific band at the right size with no background or unspecific band. Can be used at 1/5000 dilution but works even at higher dilution (up to 1/10000).
Specificity and price
I highly recommend this antibody for detection of HSP90 by western blot using mouse samples. Because it can be used at a very high dilution, a tube of this antibody will last for a long time.
