I work in a murine system to characterize antiviral responses when the animals are exposed to exogenous immunological insults. I have used a two step PD-1 stain in the past in which we used biotinylated PD-1 and Qdot 605-SA as the secondary, not only was it time consuming but the resolution of our population was not nearly as good as this antibody. Now I am able to stain my populations of interest with great resolution in the consistently and efficiently.

1:200 in 50uL FACS Buffer 4 degrees for 30 minutes

20% normal mouse serum in pbs, 20 minutes at 4 degrees or on ice.

Results Summary

Very clean stain and easy to resolve, especially in the hard to stain liver.

Some background, but population is clear, make sure you do a fluorescent minus one control for gating

The Bottom Line

I'd recommend it to anyone who does mouse work. It's a fab antibody.
