Used Biolegend PE anti-mouse CD8a for IF staining of cyropreserved sections sections and it worked well to illuminate splenic CD8 T cells.

Confocal microscopy
CD8 co-labeled with anti-CD3 (not shown), demarcating splenic CD8 T cells clearly. PE-CD8 was easily detectable on the cell surface by confocal microscopy.
Blue in photo is DAPI. Red is anti-CD8.
This product is directly conjugated, increasing ease of use.
Low dilution required for best signal.
Good for use on easy tissues like the spleen, but may not be strong enough for detection in other tissues.
