Product Name:

Anti-Ctip2 antibody [25B6] - ChIP Grade

Catalog Number:

ab18465

ab18465 staining Ctip2 in P1 mouse cortex tissue sections by IHC-Fr (Frozen sections). Tissue samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 3% serum plus 0.1% Triton-X 100 for 1 hour at 25°C. The sample was incubated with primary antibody (1/400) at 4°C for 24 hours. An Alexa Fluor®546-conjugated Goat polyclonal to rat IgG (1/1000) was used as secondary antibody. Although Ctip2 stained nuclear compartment of the cell, citrate antigen retrieval was not required.

Summary

The Good

Easy to use, nuclear staining is specific and clear.

The Bad

Requires a relatively high concentration, a little costly

The Bottom Line
