Our lab measures Sca-1 levels in mice. I use this antibody in my multi-color flow-cytometry panel. Anti-mouse Sca-1 eF605NC works great at the recommended concentration for cells from the aorta. The IgG is low and therefore I get good separation (I generally see two separate populations). 605NC compensates well with the BV421, 650NC and BV711. I have tried 4 different batches of this antibody and it has been very reproducible. Works equally well after fixation too! One might observe a slight decrease in the fluorescence after 18 hours of fixation.

This is a great antibody and flurophore to be used in the multi-color flow cytometry panel. It compensates easily with eF650NC, BV421 and BV711. Antibody and all the batches have been very reproducible. Works well with the ecomp ultra beads too.
Ease in compensation and clear separation.
