  • DriverMap™ AIR TCR Profiling Kit (Human DNA) 24 multiplex

Easy-to-run, single-day assay that uses multiplex PCR-NGS technology to profile all TCR (TRA, TRB, TRD and TRG) chains in a single reaction. Includes all the enzymes, reagents, and primers to prepare 24- or 96- samples ready for NGS from DNA. The assay(s) can be run in a single reaction without having to run multiple expensive assays and without any specialized equipment. Assay readout done by NGS analysis on an Illumina instrument. Resulting FastQ results can be analyzed on using MiXCR (MiLab) ...
  • icon16 Library Amplification System

    icon16™ with iconPCR™ Technology and AutoNorm™
For labs running 1–16 samples per batch, the icon16 delivers the gold standard in adaptive NGS library amplification, without requiring 96-well throughput to justify it. Powered by iconPCR™ technology, the icon16 features 16 individually controlled thermal zones with per-well, real-time fluorescence detection. AutoNorm™ software monitors every reaction and stops each well independently at its optimal amplification endpoint — eliminating over-...

  • Robust Immunostaining of Iba1 with a Reliable Antibody

We utilize the Iba1 antibody to measure Iba1 expression in mouse brain tissue to detect microglial activation. Iba1 (ionized calcium-binding adaptor molecule 1; encoded by AIF1) is expressed in microglia under basal conditions, but increased Iba1 expression together with changes in morphology and additional markers indicates microglial activation.
  • Excellent Astrocyte Labeling with Low Background in Mouse Hippocampus

We used this antibody to immunofluorescently label astrocytes in the mouse dorsal hippocampus following astrocyte-specific MOR knockdown. The signal was bright, highly specific, and compatible with multi-channel confocal imaging together with mCherry, DAPI, SOX9, Iba1, nitrotyrosine, and SOD1 markers. The antibody provided excellent visualization of astrocyte morphology and fine processes with minimal background.
