Biocompare Web Commercial Wins Creative Concept Award at Ninth Annual MITX Awards

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Biocompare, the online buyer's guide for life scientists, announced that it was the winner of the Creative Concept award for a web commercial created for Agilent Technologies' Total RNA Isolation Kit, in the ninth annual awards competition of The Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX). The MITX awards -- New England's biggest interactive event of the year -- recognizes achievements in the development and implementation of interactive technologies.

Award Finalists competed in 28 award categories, honoring web projects, CDs & DVDs, online marketing & media strategies, and other interactive work. The judges reviewed hundreds of entries that represented every segment of the public and private sectors. The work of both this year's finalists and winners clearly demonstrates how companies are leveraging web-based marketing technology to help build their businesses.
