Flow Cytometers / Flow Cytometry Systems Flow cytometers are specialized instruments that analyze populations of cells and particles using laser-based fluorescence detection. Particles are suspended in a stream of fluid and flow through a detector in a single file. Individual particles are then analyzed using fluorescent markers, such as conjugated specific antibodies.
