The Quantikine HS Human PlGF Immunoassay is a 3.5 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure PlGF levels in serum and plasma. It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant human PlGF and antibodies raised against the recombinant factor. This immunoassay has been shown to quantitate recombinant human PlGF accurately. Results obtained using natural human PlGF showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine HS kit standards.
