Fig 1: Impact of cisplatin treatment on cell viability. Ovarian cancer cell lines (KI-OC-1, KI-OC-11, and KI-OC-12) were treated with the indicated concentrations of cisplatin or the solvent control NaCl. After 48 hr of incubation cell viability was measured using the CellTiter-Fluor Cell Viability Assay Protocol (Promega). The NaCl-controls were set to 100%. The mean of three technical replicates ± sd are displayed. IC50 values were determined using GraphPad Prism. KI-OC-1 cells (black line, circle) reveal higher resistance to cisplatin compared to KI-OC-11 (gray line, diamond) and KI-OC-12 cells (dashed line, triangle)
