The Urea Nitrogen (BUN) Detection Kit from Arbor Assays enables rapid, colorimetric quantification of urea nitrogen in serum, plasma, urine, saliva, and tissue culture media. The assay uses a caustic two-reagent detection system and measures absorbance at 450 nm, with a detection range of 0.156–10 mg/dL and sensitivity down to 0.030 mg/dL.
