The Nitric Oxide Colorimetric Detection Kit from Arbor Assays quantifies nitric oxide (NO) by measuring its stable end products, nitrate and nitrite, in serum, plasma, urine, saliva, and culture media. With a detection range of 3.125–200 µM and sensitivities down to 2.63 µM for nitrite and 1.02 µM for total NO, the assay offers flexibility for selective or combined nitrate/nitrite analysis.
