Western blot was performed using Anti-Sca-1 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (7 H4L3) (Product # 701919) and a 14 kDa band corresponding to Lymphocyte antigen 6A-2/6E-1 was observed in differentiated C2C12 and tissue extracts. Membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of C2C12 (Lane 1), C2C12 differentiated to myotube (Lane 2) and tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Kidney (Lane 3) and Mouse Spleenocyte (Lane 4) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0341BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:20000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).
