Cell lysates were subjected to western blot analysis using the antibodies indicated. (C) HepG2 cells were pretreated with RocA (100 nM) for 12 h and TRAIL (100 ng/ml) for 12 h. The cells were lysed and western blot analysis was performed using the antibodies indicated. The control contained cells treated with DMSO only.
