Western Blot: IRF7 Antibody (3D9) [NBP1-04309] - Cell lysates of Jurkat (40ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to NC membrane and probed with anti-human IRF7 (1:1,000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
