Indirect immunostaining of a rat cerebellum section (dilution 1 : 500). The brain has been perfusion fixed for 15min with 1% PFA in 0.1M Na-acetate (pH 6.0).

Immunofluorescence labeling in expanded mouse hippocampal CA1 stratum radiatum for Shank2 (green, 162 204, dilution 1 : 200) and the glutamatergic postsynaptic scaffold protein PSD-95 (red, NeuroMab clone K28/43) following the magnified analysis of the proteome method (MAP; Ku et al. 2016. Nature Biotechnology 34:973-981). Scale bar is 5 µm in this tissue which was expanded ~4-fold in X, Y, and Z from the original size.
