Indirect immunostaining of PFA fixed rat hippocampus neurons (dilution 1 : 500)

Indirect immunofluorescence labeling of PFA fixed mouse hippocampus sections:
A: anti-VgluT 1 (cat. no. 135 303, dilution 1 : 1000; red)
B: anti-VgluT 2 (cat. no. 135 403, dilution 1 : 1000; red). Both sections have been counterstained with mouse anti-Calretinin (cat. no. 214 111, dilution 1 : 500; green). Nuclei have been visualized by DAPI staining (blue).

Indirect immunofluorescence labeling of PFA fixed, paraffin embedded mouse hippocampus section with anti-VGluT 2 (dilution 1 : 500; red) and guinea pig anti-ZnT 3 (cat. no. 197 004, dilution 1 : 500; green). Nuclei have been visualized by DAPI staining (blue).
