Specificity: Detects human Syntaxin 1B in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Syntaxin 1A and 1B1 is observed, and no cross-reactivity with rhSyntaxin 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, or 16 is observed
