Wild type (A) and TRBC2 overexpression (B) Jurkat cells were stained with CD3 FITC (Product # 11-0038-42) and 0.25 µg of TRBC2 Recombinant Human-Mouse Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 704905) (pink histogram) or left unstained (blue histogram), followed by Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Alexa Fluor™ Plus 647 (Product # A55060). Staining index (C) was calculated to show the relative intensity of TRBC2 staining in wild type and overexpression cells. Viable cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis, as determined by Fixable Viability Dye eFluor™ 450 (Product # 65-0863-18). The flow cytometry data was acquired using Attune™ NxT Flow Cytometer (Product # A29004).
