Western blot analysis of FDPS in different lysates (10 µg/Lane). Exposure time: 2 minutes; 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated in FDPS Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-44777) using a dilution of 1:500 in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG - HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:200,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Lane 1: 293T cell lysate; Lane 2: HepG2 cell lysate; Lane 3: MCF-7 cell lysate; Lane 4: Hela cell lysate; Lane 5: Jurkat cell lysate; Lane 6: THP-1 cell lysate. Predicted band size: 48 kDa. Observed band size: 39 kDa.
