Detection of Mouse Protein S/PROS1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2ug/ml of Rat Anti-Mouse Protein S/PROS1 Monoclonal Antibody followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Protein S/PROS1 at approximately 70-75kD (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
