Western blot analysis of SPZ1 in human testis lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide, 3) mouse testis lysate and 4) rat testis lysate using at 3ug/ml in human and 1ug/ml in mouse and rat samples. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and ECL substrate solution were used for this test.
