Western blot analysis of LC3B in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with LC3B Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-37852) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. Hela cells were treated by Chloroquine (50 μM) at 37°C for 20 hours. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 180s.
