Western blot was performed using Anti-LDHB Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (SU39-06) (Product # MA5-41126) and a 36 kDa band corresponding to LDHB was observed across all cell and tissue lysates tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), A-431 (Lane 2), Jurkat (Lane 3), K-562 (Lane 4), A549 (Lane 5), Hep G2 (Lane 6), MCF7 (Lane 7), Mouse Kidney (Lane 8), Rat Kidney (Lane 9), Mouse Brain (Lane 10), Rat Brain (Lane 11) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:2500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:10000) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using SuperSignal™ West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate (Product # 34580).
