Fig 2: SLC-0111 increases Cis-Pt effect on CM-MSC-induced signaling pathways in TNBC cells. MDA-MB-231 (A) and BT-549 (B) cells grown for 72 h in hypoxic conditions (1% O2) and in presence of the CM-MSCs were treated with SLC-0111 (100 µM) and Cis-Pt (1 µM), alone or in combination. Expression levels of p-ERK/ERK, p-AKT/AKT, N-cadherin, β-Catenin, vimentin, CD44 and MMP-2 were analyzed. Equal loading was confirmed by immunoblot with anti-actin and anti-GADPH antibodies.
