Western blot analysis was performed on whole Cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of RAW 264.7 (Lane 1), RAW 264.7 transfected with poly dA:dT (1.33 µg/mL for 16 hrs) (Lane 2) and NIH/3T3 (Lane 3). The blot was probed with Anti-cGAS (Mouse) Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 703149, 1:1,000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 1:4,000 dilution). A 59 kDa band corresponding to cGAS (Mouse) was observed across the cell lines tested.
