Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of THP-1 (Lane 1), THP-1 treated with 2’3’-cGAMP (10 µM for 6 hrs) (Lane 2), HT-29 (Lane 3) and U-2 OS (Lane 4). The blot was probed with Anti-STING Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 702993, 1:5,000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). An ~38 kDa band corresponding to STING was observed across the cell lines tested.
