Normal human peripheral blood cells were stimulated overnight with LPS and Human IFN gamma Recombinant Protein (Product # 14-8319-80). The cells were stained with Anti-Human CD11b PE (Product # 12-0113-42) and Mouse IgG2b K Isotype Control FITC (Product # 11-4732-42) (left) or Anti-Human CD215 (IL-15 Receptor alpha) FITC (right). Cells in the monocyte gate were used for analysis.
