Indirect immunostaining of PFA fixed rat hippocampus neurons with anti-RIM 1/2 (dilution 1 : 500; red) and mouse anti-Synaptotgmin 1 (cat. no. 105 011, dilution 1 : 1000; green). Nuclei have been visualized by DAPI staining (blue).

Immunofluorescence labeling in expanded mouse hippocampal CA1 stratum radiatum for RIM1/2 (green, 140 205, dilution 1 : 200) and the glutamatergic postsynaptic scaffold protein PSD-95 (red, NeuroMab clone K28/43) following the magnified analysis of the proteome method (MAP; Ku et al. 2016. Nature Biotechnology 34:973-981). Scale bar is 5 µm in this tissue which was expanded ~4-fold in X, Y, and Z from the original size.
