Fig 1: Erythroblast enrichment and expansion from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)(A) PBMCs were cultured toward the formation and expansion of erythroblasts in a serum-free medium supplemented with growth factors. Numbers of viable cells were counted at various days, normalized by the input PBMC number (as 1 or 100) at the start of culture (day 0).
