Pretreated PDX models are emerging as a valuable solution to the limitations of early-stage preclinical systems in drug development. This webinar will highlight how these models address current clinical unmet needs and will outline the development of pretreated PDX models with well-documented treatment histories, including exposure to KRAS inhibitors and immune checkpoint inhibitors.
