Size Exclusion Resins Size exclusion resins are used in packing columns for size exclusion chromatography (SEC). It is commonly used to separate proteins, peptides, antibodies, and water-soluble polymers. Size exclusion resins contain pores of varying sizes and can be made by packing beads closely.
