Lambda DNA, commonly used as a DNA marker, control, or substrate, is available from several sources. This linear, double-stranded DNA strand of 48,502 bp originates from the E. coli bacteriophage lambda. It contains 12-bp single-stranded and self-complementary segments at the 5' ends, allowing circularization. Visit the supplier page for more details, including source, purity and concentration.
