
Lentiviral particles are packaged and purified viruses intended to introduce recombinant material into mammalian cells. These lentiviruses are carefully produced with defined titer amounts for research applications involving gene expression, gene editing, cell line development, and gene therapy. Lentiviral vectors can accommodate inserts of up to 8 kb which can be integrated into the genome to produce stable cell lines.
