qPCR Assays

Assay kits utilizing qPCR (quantitative PCR or real-time PCR) are available from multiple sources. These assay kits are gene-specific and use primer sets to investigate gene expression or detect microbial species. The qPCR kits are ready-to-use and contain all reaction components, including polymerase, primer sets, probes, nucleotides, buffer, and controls.
