Description
Intravital Microscopy (IVM) is an all-in-one two-photon and or confocal microscopy system optimized for longitudinal imaging of live animal models. Confocal systems enable optical sectioning of in vivo tissue via rejection of out-of-focus fluorescence to produce high-contrast images. Key features include an integrated heated animal stage with physiological control, motion compensation for dynamic organs, ultrafast scanning, 4-color simultaneous imaging, and 4D imaging workflows.
