The PureLink™ HiPure Plasmid Gigaprep Kit also includes vacuum filtration columns that provide bacterial filtration without centrifugation, enabling extremely fast process times. The PureLink™ HiPure Expi Plasmid Gigaprep Kit typically isolates 12mg of high quality, ultrapure plasmid DNA with inherently low endotoxin levels from 2.5L of bacterial culture.
