Cayman’s Neutrophil (Mouse) Isolation Kit provides the reagents required to isolate neutrophils from mouse peritoneal cavity or bone marrow using density-based separation. The kit includes a casein solution for induction of an inflammatory response in the peritoneal cavity, a density separation medium for enrichment of neutrophils from other leukocyte populations, and fluorochrome-labeled antibodies for assessment of isolation efficiency and purity by flow cytometry. For bone marrow isolations, casein treatment is not required. This kit provides enough material to perform five density gradient separations
