Description

Chimeric Antigen Receptor T cell (CAR-T) technology has rapidly evolved in recent years as a cell therapy approach. This method relies on viral vectors (such as lentiviruses) for transfection to introduce the CAR sequence into T cells isolated from a patient's blood. This enables the modified T cells to express chimeric antigen receptors on their surfaces. After extensive in vitro expansion, the CAR-T cells are finally reinfused into the patient's body for disease treatment. In CAR-T therapy, detecting whether the CAR is expressed on the surface of T cells and the intensity of its expression has become an important indicator in basic research and clinical treatment. This product specifically binds to the anti-CD19 ScFv on the surface of CAR-T cells. Using a flow cytometer, the proportion of CAR-T cells can be accurately detected. This method utilizes the antigen-antibody specific reaction, which can effectively reduce the problem of high false positive rates and make the data more real and reliable. The samples have been validated using blood and can be reliably tested even in complex blood environments
