ANTBIO's 4-Color Immunofluorescence Kit (Cat. No. abs50012) is a professional IHC reagent reactive to mouse and rabbit primary antibodies, available in 20T, 50T and 100T formats. Based on antigen-antibody specific binding and TSA tyramide signal amplification technology, it uses HRP-conjugated universal secondary antibodies to activate fluorescent dyes, enabling covalent signal-antigen binding and in situ three-target detection via multiple staining cycles. It overcomes the single-indicator limitation of conventional IHC, clearly revealing cell composition, status and distribution in complex tissue microenvironments, and provides critical in situ biological information for disease diagnosis and therapy research.
Key components include TSA520/570/650 dyes, signal amplification solution, anti-fluorescence quenching mounting medium, DAPI, etc. It is ideal for tissue, paraffin section and TMA chip IHC staining; abs994 antibody eluent is required for frozen sections and cell crawls. Fluorescent dyes should be stored at 2~8°C in the dark for 12 months. Strict experimental operation and control are recommended for optimal results.
