The latest version of the kit contains a new workflow and components that require no heated buffers or extra dilution steps of buffers to provide a complete, high-quality hybridization capture solution for targeted NGS research that you can complete in one day. The new buffer system allows for hybridization times as short as 1 hour & inputs as low as 100 ng.
