Description
This kit provides users the essential components needed to create a vast array of Organ-Chip models based on the Chip-A1® Accessible Chip. The Chip-A1 consumable enables users to model the tissue-vascular interface while also providing expanded capabilities to effectively model complex 3D tissue with direct compound dosing capabilities. Kit components include Chip-A1 Accessible Chips, Pod® Portable Modules, ER-1® / ER-2®, and Steriflip Filters. Users will need to supply their own biological components (cells, ECM, and media). Organ-Chips created using this kit can be cultured on the Human Emulation System for precise control of culturing conditions (media flow rates and stretch frequency)
