Unison Ultralow DNA/RNA Library Kit optimize the preparation of NGS libraries for various applications such as whole genome sequencing, targeted sequencing by capture, and metagenomic sequencing. In early 2024, we will introduce an RNA library kit and kits optimized for a variety of sequencers. Our current kit can generate libraries from as little as 10 pg of DNA and accelerates DNA library preparations by utilizing a Tn5-based method which condenses fragmentation, adapter ligation, and normalization into a single step for a total processing time of 150 minutes.
