MagIso™ Plasmid DNA Purification Kit is based on magnetic particle method, which can extract a variety of high to low copy plasmid DNA, as well as large fragments of BACs, PACs and plasmids in a simple step. This kit can match with most companies' automated nucleic acid extraction instruments. Yields vary according to plasmid copy number, E.coli strain, and conditions of growth, but 1 ml of overnight culture in LB medium typically produces 5-10 µg high-copy number plasmid DNA.
