MagIso™ DNA Reverse Purification Kit, Sensitive is a Rapid and Sensitive tool for extracting genomic DNA, bacterial, and viral DNA in liquid human or animal samples with low numbers of cells and virus particles and is fit for large-volume processing. The specially designed magnetic particles can capture human and animal cells, parasites, and bacteria and enrich their DNA and separate them from free DNA & RNA in samples. After lysis, it employs the concept of reverse purification, which requires only a simple magnetic separator to actively remove inhibitors and cell fragments from the DNA-containing cell lysis solution and obtain target nucleic acids. This method is more sensitive than silica extraction and it also enables high-throughput automated nucleic acid extraction
