Human CD56 cells are a type of cytotoxic lymphocyte that constitutes a major component of the innate immune system. NK cells play a major role in the rejections of tumors and cells infected by viruses. Use SuperBeads® Human CD56 Cell Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified CD56+ cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD56 cells. The positively isolated Human CD56 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
